    I am not a wizard with Photoshop but I have been known to please a few people by restoring, spicing up, adding special effects to their favorite photos. And now I am taking my hobby online. If you e-mail me your photo and tell me exactly what you want I will try to do it for you. I will do this for FREE, and my meaning of FREE is that you send me the photo, I restore, spice add effects, etc and then return it to you and you don't pay me a thing (Just tell your friends about me). I did this for a competition. There was 3 photos to choose from so I chose this one of a European city.
